These Terms govern your use of the Memo app. By installing or using Memo, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You can use Memo if you are at least 13 years old. In some countries the minimum age is 16; the higher number applies where it does. By using Memo you confirm you meet the minimum age and are legally able to enter into a contract.
Memo is an iOS app that helps you stay in touch with the people you care about. You add friends, set a rhythm for catching up, and log what happened. Everything you save lives on your phone.
The app needs an internet connection only to sign you in and to verify your subscription. Day-to-day use does not require a connection.
You sign in with Apple. Apple gives us a stable identifier and an email so we can recognize you across devices. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. We have no way to recover your account if you lose access to it.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings, Account, Delete Account. Deletion removes your sign-in record on our side and wipes the local content stored on your device. It does not cancel your App Store subscription; see "Subscriptions" below.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Memo on devices you own or control. You may not copy the app, redistribute it, modify it, reverse-engineer it, decompile it, or build a competing product from it.
Anything you write, photograph, or import into Memo belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. The only license you grant us is the one we need to display your own content back to you on your own device. We cannot access it.
Memo Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store.
