How do I add someone?
Tap the + button on the home screen. Add them manually or pick from your contacts.
How do reminders work?
For each person you choose how often you'd like to stay in touch (weekly, monthly, and so on). Memo sends a gentle local notification when it's time to reach out. No spam, ever.
What is Memo Pro?
The free version lets you track up to 3 people. Memo Pro unlocks unlimited people, unlimited notes, custom reminder rhythms, and journaling. It is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
How do I restore my subscription?
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Memo, then Cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in Memo, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account".
Where is my data stored?
Your people, notes, and journal entries stay on your device. The only thing on our server is the identifier and email from Sign in with Apple, so you can sign back in on another device.
